Terms of Service

Last updated October 2026

By using No Contact (the website nocontact.com and the No Contact app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What No Contact is

No Contact provides general educational and self-help content about getting over a breakup, and an app with a day counter, a journal, and short in-the-moment exercises. It is general information and a personal tool, not professional advice of any kind. Results vary from person to person, and decisions about your relationships and your life are yours.

Your data in the app

The app stores your entries on your device, not on our servers. That means we cannot recover them for you: if you delete the app, or lose the device without a backup, it is gone. Keeping a backup is your responsibility.

Our content

The articles, guides, and app are owned by No Contact. You may read, share links to, and quote short excerpts of our content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy or republish it in bulk.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or app, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

No Contact is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it will be error-free or that it will produce any particular result for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Contact and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which for a free app and website is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the current version.
